National Citizen Service – Longfield
NCS is a one-week experience for Year 11 pupils after GCSE’s.
You will be away from home on a five-day adventure. While away you will have fun and learn life skills. You have the chance to get stuck into different activities, meet new people, and unlock your potential. It will help boost your CV and make college and university applications stand out. You will have real world examples to talk about in interviews.
NCS staff are available to talk to parents / cares at Year 11 Parents’ Evening and they also come into school to talk to pupils in assembly and offer support to apply.
