The Gatsby Benchmarks are the result of an international study to find the best practice in career guidance worldwide. The CEIAG Programme is based on the eight Benchmarks. For more information click here.

Gatsby benchmarks are a key indicator of the quality of Career provision in any school. Benchmarks at Longfield are reviewed on a termly basis to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the careers programme. All current data for Longfield Academy is above National average and can be found below.
